By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you may not proceed with a purchase.

Products

We offer a range of merchandise including running vests, tote bads, pin badges and seasonal items such as Christmas cards. All items are sold subject to availability and our product descriptions are as accurate as possible. All sizes and weights are approximate, colours and designs may vary.

 

Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in GBP. Autism Action is not VAT registered, therefore VAT is not charged on any purchases. Full payment is required at the time of order and payments are processed securely through WooPayments, Square or PayPal. Charges for postage and delivery are calculated on the cost of your order minus any items that aren’t physical products, such as donations.


Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock issues or errors.


Delivery

Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers. We currently only deliver orders within the United Kingdom. We are unable to ship products to international addresses.

 

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order and request a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with your statutory rights. To cancel your order, please email us with your order details, including your full name and address, and state the reason for the return. If you cancel within this 14 day period, we will refund the cost of the item(s) and the standard delivery charge you paid when placing the order. Please note that the cost of returning the item(s) is your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for your original order and will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.


Returns

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you’re entitled to a full refund or replacement, provided you notify us within 30 days of receiving the goods. The items must be unused and returned in their original packaging, wherever possible. Refunds or replacements will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction and will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

Intellectual Property

All designs, logos and content are the property of Autism Action and may not be used without permission.

Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
