We’re recruiting for the following roles:

Active Autism Alliance Project Lead

Contract term: Fixed-term, 24 months with possibility of extension to 5 years subject to future funding.

Salary: £35,000 – £42,000 a year dependent on skills and experience. This will be discussed and agreed with the successful applicant. The role is full-time, but part-time hours (4 days per week) will be considered. Please state your preference when applying.

Data & Insights Officer

Contract term: Permanent. This is ideally a full-time post but part-time hours of at least three days per week will be considered. Please state your preference when applying.

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 FTE per year dependent on skills and experience.

Location: Hybrid working, attendance at the Cambridge Office a minimum of two days a week (Byron House, Cambridge Business Park, CB40WZ).

  • Playing a lead role in planning and running a complex project
  • Analysing quantitative or qualitative data
  • Writing about complex topics in an accessible way
  • Writing funding bids
  • Organising events
  • Finding exciting solutions to interesting or unusual problems
  • Facilitating tricky group discussions
  • Working with and influencing policymakers, such as MPs and ministers
  • Working on a campaign (any kind of campaign, so long as it reached thousands of people)
  • Running large social media accounts (this means at least one with thousands of followers)
