Our Team

We are led by Tom Purser, our CEO, Tracey Parsons, our Programmes Director, and Nicola Graves, Director of Fundraising. All three have a close personal connection to autism, each recognising their own autistic traits and each having autistic loved ones.

Tom, Tracey and Nic have witnessed close-up the disadvantage and discrimination faced by autistic people in this country. Their lived experiences include suicidality, bullying, difficulty accessing autism and ADHD assessment, isolation from school, peers, and the local community, loneliness, disadvantage due to lost education, poor employment prospects, challenges in the workplace, and worsening mental health due to always feeling “different” and “on the fringes.” They are passionate about driving change and bring a range of professional experiences as well as their lived experience.
